Had my Supra Clear X done here at Eyeonce. Great service, from front counter, examination, to surgery. Came it at 10am, done by 3pm. 1 on 1 interpretation service from the staff, and the optometrists and nurses were extremely professional as well. I had a really good experience at Eyeonce Clinic. From the beginning, I appreciated that they never pressured me into purchasing or getting any specific treatments. Instead, they were very thorough and made sure to perform all of the necessary tests and examinations before making any recommendations. I originally went to the clinic because I was looking for treatment for dry eyes, but during my examination, they identified more pressing concerns, including retinal tears. I really appreciated that they took the time to look beyond the issue I originally came in for and made sure I was aware of what needed immediate attention. I felt like they genuinely prioritized my eye health rather than simply trying to sell me a treatment. Another thing I appreciated was the affordability. They were very helpful in explaining my options and finding treatments and care that were reasonable for me financially. The clinic also had translators available, which made a huge difference. They helped make sure I understood what was happening, what the doctors were explaining, and what to expect throughout the process. That made me feel much more comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving.

I was at this clinic last week doing a complete check-up of my sight and loved the experience, latest generation machines, personalized attention and even had a translator all the time with me, very friendly with the foreign country and excellent service

I also liked that they used advanced equipment to check different parts of my eyes. Overall, I had a comfortable and informative experience, and I'm glad I decided to get my eyes checked.

Dr. Paik and the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. I came in for a Pro SMILE LASIK consultation and they answered all of my questions thoroughly. I feel so much more at ease about my upcoming procedure. Would highly recommend to anyone considering getting LASIK!

The clinic was clean and well organized. The staff were professional and friendly. I visited for dry eye treatment and noticed a clear improvement in my symptoms. The Chinese translator was very helpful and made communication easy throughout the visit. Overall, a very positive experience.

Came here with my husband to help translate. Everyone here was so kind and helpful and whenever we asked a question we got a very detailed answer. We came in here to get lasik but decided to go with SMILE lasik instead and couldnt be happier with this decision!

I visited this clinic after searching around and reading reviews. Now I'm adding on to them. So, I was greeted by an interpreter as I can only speak English, to which was really helpful. They put me through a series of test to deem whether my eyes were suitable. As my astigmatism was my main concern, after reviewing my results, they suggested that SMILE would better suit be compared to lasik/lasek. Although lasik/lasek were my first options due cheaper pricing, SMILE was still recommended over the others due to my condition. The whole process took really fast and the procedure itself took 10 mins or less. Overall, today is my 2nd day and my vision is restored maybe 80%. I've been told that my vision will be blurry temporarily for the next few days and this is normal. Looking forward to the full recovery!

Had my first appointment at the EyeOnce Eye Clinic. I have been experiencing a lot of problems with my eyes, and I felt it pertinent to go see the doctor. My experience was very efficient and smooth. I had a comprehensive eye health check-up, to which I was told my eyes were in good health, though the main concern was the dryness of my eyes. I didn't want to rush into having any surgery, to which they assured me that, I can come back any time. They recommended that I get the IPL treatment, which focuses on the dryness of the eyes. I look forward to my eyes responding well to the treatment. My experience was smooth and efficient. There is no long waiting period. Everything was done in detail. I will be returning next year for sure for my mole removals next year for sure. Thank you EyeOnce Eye Clinic. 10/10 recommend 💗 ❤️
